Can I return my order?

Yes, it is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, you may return them within 14 days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • All parts and components must be complete, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when received.

  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse.

  • Items with hygienic use (e.g., jewelry worn directly on the body) must be cleaned before return.

  • The product was already defective upon receipt.

Returns are processed within 7 business days after receipt. If all conditions are met, we will confirm your return within this period.

We also reserve the right to reject returns if we suspect usage, damage, or misuse.

How to return your order

If your order meets the conditions above, please proceed as follows:

Include the following information in your email:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the item (in case of damage)

  • Full name

  • Your address

⚠️ Important: Do not send the items back to the sender’s address.
You will receive the correct return address from us via email.

Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase under the following conditions, provided you are a private individual purchasing for personal purposes.

A. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without providing any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you – or a person designated by you (other than the carrier) – received the last item in your order.

Since we operate with an automated system, your order is processed immediately after placement.
Cancellation or refund before receiving the goods is therefore not possible.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement (e.g., via email) that you wish to cancel your purchase.

The right of withdrawal only becomes effective once we have received the returned goods.

Note on Shipped Orders

Our items are shipped from Asia, which may result in longer delivery times.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled – you must wait until you receive it and then return the goods.

However, you may inform us in advance if you intend to withdraw from your purchase.
To speed up the process, please provide us with the tracking number once you have shipped the return.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments made to us – excluding shipping costs and any additional fees for special shipping methods.

Refunds will be made within 14 days after we have received both your withdrawal statement and the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees for the refund.
